AUTUMN ART EXHIBITION & SALE 2022

Friday 15 to Monday 18 April 2022

After a tumultuous two years of cancellations, restrictions and limitations, the Northern Beaches Art Society Inc. is very excited to be able to hold their Autumn Art Exhibition & Sale from 15 to 18 April, in the Tramshed Hall, at the Narrabeen Tramshed.   The doors will be open for viewing and sales from 2pm on Friday 15 with drinks being served, for the Official Opening, between 3 to 6pm.  It’s sure to be a joyous occasion.

Entry to the exhibition is FREE and will also be open on Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 9am to 5pm.  Any paintings that have been sold can be picked up after 4pm on Monday 18 April.

Those who have been to previous NBAS Inc. exhibitions will be aware of the very high standard of work which is produced by the members of the society, who are all local artists.
Works on display will be in a variety of mediums and styles in oils, watercolours, acrylics, and pastels, as well as drawings covering a multitude of subjects such as landscapes, seascapes, abstracts, semi-abstracts, still life, animals and birds.  Visitors will not be disappointed by what they will see and all works will be for sale.

At this exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for 2 Raffle paintings.  All the proceeds from one painting will go to the Ukraine Crisis Appeal and all the proceeds from the other painting will go to the NSW Flood Victims.  Tickets will be $2 each or 3 for $5.

Visitors will also be able to vote for their favourite painting, in the exhibition.  The artist whose painting has the most votes will win a prize.

We are very much aware that the Covid-19 virus is still in the community, so we will endeavour to be as Covid safe as possible.  Even though masks are no longer mandatory, visitors to the exhibition may still choose to wear a mask while indoors.
