After a rather challenging year, full of cancellations and disappointments, the Northern Beaches Art Society Inc. is excited to announce the holding of their 74th Annual Art Exhibition and Sale. Time has been in an abundance, this year, and artists have had the advantage of being able to use that time to put brushes to canvas and pencils to paper. Works on display, at this exhibition, will be in a variety of mediums and styles in oils, watercolours, acrylics, and pastels as well as drawings. There will be a multitude of subjects such as landscapes, seascapes, abstracts, semi-abstracts, still life, animals and birds. All the artworks will be for sale and, with Christmas just around the corner, there will sure to be something for everyone!
Doors will be open from 2pm on Friday 13 November, and will stay open until 7pm that day. Visitors will be able to enjoy a delightful glass of wine on Opening Day while enjoying the display. The exhibition will run until 5pm Sunday 15 November and will be a great opportunity to purchase art from local artists, at very reasonable prices.
