“Spectrum” 77th Annual Awards Art Exhibition & Sale 2023

The Northern Beaches Art Society Inc. are excited be to presenting “Spectrum”, the 77th Annual Awards Art Exhibition and Sale, at The Creative Space, Curl Curl – 105 Abbott Road, Curl Curl. The exhibition will be held from Wednesday 14 to Sunday 25 June.
As usual entry to the exhibition is FREE and will be open from 10am to 4pm daily. The Official Opening will be from 6pm to 8pm on Wednesday 14 June, when drinks will be served. Their enthusiastic members, who are all local artists, will be vying for 3 major awards. The Northern Beaches Mayor will be opening the exhibition and presenting all the awards on Opening Night. As with all our exhibition openings, drinks will be served from 6pm. We will also have Closing Drinks on the afternoon of Sunday 25 June from 2pm. All the paintings will be for sale and any sold paintings can be picked up after 4pm on Sunday 25 June.
Visitors will be able to see a vast array of works in a variety of mediums and styles in oils, watercolours, acrylics, and pastels as well as drawings covering a plethora of subjects.
At this exhibition visitors will be able to purchase raffle tickets to win a beautiful oil painting of boats on Pittwater. All proceeds from this raffle will go to the Ukraine Crisis Appeal. The winner will be drawn at the end of the exhibition. Visitors will also be able to vote for their favourite painting. The artist who gains the most votes for their painting, will win a prize at the end of the exhibition.
